On March 16, we will announce the results of our international survey among 1.400 participants of IMA ((International Management Assistants Network) in 25 countries. This first international survey by Dilemma-Assist wanted to learn how executive assistants are dealing with their professional dilemmas. Either in their organisation or in relation to their supervisor with whom they co-operate closely and have to be strictly loyal. The survey also may be an opportunity to support executive assistants in developing their professional role in integrity matters and governance as a whole.
